About Nichole Badger
Nichole L. Badger, Esq., MBA works with
members of the sports, media and entertainment industries on
various matters including contract negotiations/review,
corporate strategies, endorsement contracts, licensing,
marketing, intellectual property matters, real estate
transactions as well as nonprofit initiatives.

Combining her business and law degree with
years of experience working at one of largest law firms in
New Jersey, Nichole Badger specializes in providing each
client with comprehensive representation.
Due to her deep appreciation for her clients’ needs
and her ability to effectively counsel her clients during
each stage of their careers, she excels in client relations.
In addition to managing a corporate practice with an
emphasis on general corporate representation, intellectual
property, sports and entertainment, Nichole Badger has a
well-known reputation for her philanthropic contributions.
She is the co-founder of Stars Within Reach, a nonprofit
organization that partners with celebrities to champion 12
different charitable initiatives.
Badger provides each client with
one-on-one general corporate representation including entity
formation, corporate structuring & restructuring,
application for tax-exempt status as well as assisting
clients with minority and women business enterprise
certification.
She also has experience with various
intellectual property matters including copyrights and
trademarks. Her intellectual property practice focuses on
registering, protecting, enforcing, licensing and
transferring various forms of multimedia. She also
represents individual artists in contract negotiations for
related intellectual property matters. With a great love for
the arts, Nichole enjoys working very closely with her
clients to protect their work while allowing them to share
their talents with others.
Community involvement is very important to
Nichole. She is very involved with several youth
organizations and fundraising efforts for the students at
Urban Promise, an organization based in Camden, NJ where
Nichole serves as a Board member. Ms. Badger organizes
various fundraising events for Urban Promise, including an
annual event called Bowling for Urban Promise co-hosted by
Philadelphia 76er Andre Iguodala.
This event benefits the high school students at Urban
Promise. She also founded Stars Within Reach, Inc, a
nonprofit organization that creates collaborative efforts
between the sports/entertainment industries and communities
to address some of our nation's most important social
issues.
Ms. Badger graduated from Rutgers School
of Law - Camden and Rutgers School of Business where she
obtained a dual degree (JD/MBA). She lectures at community,
civic and business forums. Her speaking engagements include
"Nonprofits: What You Need to Know" for the Arts & Business
Partnership of Southern Jersey, "Bridging the Gap: Ethics
for Newly Admitted Attorneys" and "Protecting Your Rights"
at the International Black Film and Media Conference, and
panel discussions at various entertainment, education,
business and entrepreneur events.
